I'd say it's a bigger MG B (or even the C?) due to the fuel filler cap's location (on an MG Midget/Austin-Healey Sprite, I believe, it's located higher near the tail light), but what's the deal with this two-tone (?) paint job? |

Definitely early B before May 66 reversers (so can't be a C - Oct 67+). Too wide for a Sprite/Midget (which being narrower makes the rear lights look taller); also the filler cap position as mentioned, and Spridgets had squarer boot opening and number plate light above the plate, not within the bumper. Colour may well be a Swiss tribute, but red/white stripe was also the MG works rally scheme on Bs. |
