The bus section of FAW's website is at http://www.faw.com/webcontent/products.jsp?pros=product_bc.htm

They don't seem to make complete double-deckers themselves, but they do offer bus chassis, so this might be an FAW chassis bodied by an independent coachbuilder.

I think this might be a Zonda rebadged by FAW. (Perhaps FAW acted as export agent for Zonda.) The Zonda JLY6113SB model has a very similar body, although the windows are different and the front styling has been updated.
