The spacing between the black line at the bottom of the door and the wheel arch, used for the (invisible, here) recessed cab step indicates the raised cab of a Transtar 4090 A or of a Transtar II 4070B. And what seem to be square bezels on the headlamps mean then a 1974-81 Transtar II. The tandem rear axle makes it therefore a Transtar II COF-4070B.
