It's an 1988+ Continental. I think.. Definitely no W116 |

Come on guys.. I'm new to identifying these American limos but it's obvious. Only question is the coachwork. Link to "i2.wp.com" |

That question may be going to stay with us for a while, I'm afraid. All I can make are pretty contradictive suggestions like Limousine Werks or ACC or Ultra Limousine or NCE. That center window is pretty long for a 1988 conversion and not too many coachbuilders would have done that back then. ![]() |

This conversion seems indeed super rare. Google produces nothing. Searched all of the above plus "American Texas International" who did the previous 7th gen. '84. Nothing. Probably only a handfull of these cars were made. |

already the idea of picking a Continental instead of a Town Car is not common... |

Could be up there with the 1 of 4 stretched Lagonda seen during the same season. |

Indeed! Or in other words: There was no need for it, unless someone asked for that. That's how strange limos appear sometimes, which is why I wouldn't be surprised if it was the only one, maybe built by a local coachbuilder from Florida (and yes, loads of weird stuff happened in Florida). Enough from me for today, I'm calling in sick, probably caught a slab or something. ![]() |

Yeah we'll leave it at that. If it still exists maybe the owner will come forward! |
