From the 1947-55 Advance-Design truck line, indeed, here with the 1947-50 cowl side vent. A view of the right side side would be helpful to give a more precise model year, as it would show the 1947-48 external fuel tank or the 1949+ fuel filler pipe on the cab. → 1947 model by default. In 1947 an 1948, the Loadmaster name was promoted rather than the 4000- to 6000-Series one for these trucks. _____ @Ddey65: bumper of a 4000-/6000-Series indeed, but only the 4000-Series were medium-duty trucks, and in 1947 only. They joined the 5000-Series and the 6000-Series as heavy-duty models in 1948. |
