That's a 1930 Cadillac V8 Type 353. |

It's the convertible coupe, with flush drop-top (as opposed to the roadster where the top folded high above the rear body). Note that this car carries the sticker of the Cadillac&LaSalle Club at Left of the windshield. |

"nzcarnerd" is right as to the year (1931). It's a V8 (not a 12 or a 16 - the latter had distinctive sill trim treatments). I think it may be the roadster after all (the the top removed); the conv. coupe has a different upper door design. |
