not a 1307/1308 ? |

I am almost sure this is a 1979 only Simca 1309 SX. |

But it would be very incomplete 1309 SX - no headrests, no side strips, only wheels are similar to 1309's ones. There is no even silver B-pillar, what was typical for the "cheapest" 1307 GLS. Pity that trim of fornt/rear window isn't better visible. |

it may be repainted |

Wow, why did they even do this to it in 2010...I mean, if they wanted to replicate a crash in the early eighties they could just use a Golf/Polo I. |

1970ies Simcas are still very cheap and this car seems to be a repainted clunker. |

I haven't seen one of these in ages, at least not outside my toy box. Passat III, Audi 80 and 100 have almost completely disappeared from German traffic. I still see a few Golf IIs from time to time. -- Last edit: 2020-04-12 20:53:30 |

If a car is rare, even extremely rare, it doesn't mean, that it has a high value. |
