 I don't think that bumper is original; looks like it is upside down, too.

It has a slab-sided, '60s look to it; prominent horizontal crease with the door handles mounted just below - 1963-1964 Ford fullsize is my guess.

Dashboard is consistent with '63-'64 Ford.
