Although the grille is all wrong, this has a look of a Ford (presumably Köln) Model Y - wings, hubcaps ... some British coachbuilders produced tourer bodies on the Y, presumably German ones did as well? |

I think the wheels are wrong for Ford. My first thought was Singer but I think it is one of the more obscure German makes. |

not a Ford, but an Opel i think, as the wheels are the same as on larger 1.8 Liter while size is more like 4/20 PS and there have been coachbuilders in England making Roadster bodies for Opel, too.
