I think they are the same, made by China auto Manufacturing and sold as the "Inyathi" (meaning "Buffalo" in some Nguni-group languages, FWIW) in ZA (http://www.chinaauto.co.za/inyathi.html). I could not find the main web site or info that could indicate what this could be called at home. Any help, anyone?
