slon95 ◊ 2020-05-08 15:21	Yes, but something tells me that this is just a pickup, converted for the movie. The actual ambulances were the usual "full-metal" M-1, only with an elongated body and an additional hinged doors at the rear (i.e. van version).

It seems that this was never an ambulance (which I already mentioned above, although I did not cancel the possibility of some kind of local/war-time conversion). In addition, the new body panels seem to be taken from an more modern UAZ van. I think it should be described as 1940 GAZ M-415 Modified, class: pickup, or something like that.
