I own this car since 2016, it's in very good condition, the engine runs beautiful, just 46.000 km, built in 1983. |

Code should be [828 BC.1 FL2] http://lancia.co.za/model/Beta |

[828 BC.1 FL2] has too many characters to fit in the box. My Lancia bible says VX coupe was [828 BC.1/7]. |

I was in doubt between the two codes, but I (wrongly) assumed BC.1/7 was for RHD ones, since the other one listed as such was in UK ![]() |

Fulvias codes for the Berlinas were 818.100 lhd and 818.101 for rhd. Did they do the same for later models? |

Anyway according to this: https://viva-lancia.com/betadante/betanumeri/ BC1.7 is indeed VX code (without distinctions) and 828 BC.1 FL2 is for non-VX 2000s. -- Last edit: 2020-11-20 23:29:15 |

Late 50s and 60s Lancias have LHD/RHD codes in the book eg Flaminia, Flavia, Fulvia (also confirmed by Glass's references), but they seem to have stopped splitting them when first Beta saloon arrived - no RHD codes listed afterwards. 818.100 lhd and 818.101 for rhd seems to be the 2C Berlina - first Fulvia Berlina was 818.000 and 818.001. And the list of subsequent codes for every version is huge .... |
