 Custom made 1st gen Celica? I'm sure they only made coupe and liftback bodystyle of the car.

 My assumption is that it's a 1972+ Toyopet Corona Mark II Hardtop/Coupe with a non-factory convertible "option" or just someone asked at Toei's to chop off the roof of someone's Mark II.
