Original Registration Number, BLE 430, Chassis Number B96BN, Engine Number E3BW. Registered 31st December 1934. Believed to be the only Thrupp & Maberly Fixed Head Coupe. This unique original bodied Derby is featured in the book Bentley Beauty by Fraser and Knapek, two other coupes were built, one is B179MX which is a later 4.25 Litre and was a different design and has now been rebodied to an open design. Neither the Rolls-Royce Enthusiasts’ Club or Bentley Drivers Club can find out anything regarding the other, B133FC.
