How did someone recognize it's a 1997-99 DeVille? By the rear fenders I suppose! Because they're different from 1994-96 DeVilles: in fact, the 1994-96 models have rear fenders which cover an half of the rear wheels, whereas on 1997-99 models we can see copmletely 'em.
