1952-55 Standard Steel Saloon, revolting colour. All of the points of identification between the Bentley R-type, and the Royce Silver Dawn are invisible or obscured, but, on numbers, it should be the Bentley. There should be a badge in the centre of the back bumper, either a squarish Rolls-Royce badge or the Bentley winged B. It’s invisible. The shape of the radiator grille, curved on the Bentley or sharp edged on the Royce is not clear enough to determine. The door mirror obscures the relative positions of the bonnet handle and the gap between the opening part of the bonnet and the fixed sides. The script on the hubcap centres is too small to read. -- Last edit: 2020-06-20 15:49:58 |
