 This looks like a President Deluxe by Corona Hermanos Ltda., trading as 'Corona Carrozados' of San Felipe, Chile.

 It doesn't seem to be from Corona Carrozados, though. The President Deluxe has a higher (and more modern) roofline, compared to the flat one present in this local hearse. See the BMW R 1100 RT-P picture, for example, there you can get a good grasp of the different design of the hearse conversion.

 Yeah, agreed. I hadn't seen the other picture. I still think it's the same coachbuilder, but delete President Deluxe, add Elegance (the more conservative model).
