No, there’s more of the plate. 1933+ Ford Eight Model Y. http://www.mtfca.com/discus/messages/257047/312639.html?1348100778 I have now been in England for 72 years, and have only ever seen one Packard, which was a taxi owned by the garage in the little town I grew up in.
