 It's a 1971+ Ford Cortina GXL ( by the front grille ) MkIII.

 Nice capture - shows Norway as an export destination for the Mk3 Cortina. The Consul coupe entry /images/140/866.jpg is also interesting for showing German Fords in the same market, including possibly a red TC Taunus further down.
