AEC Regent/ECW 1944. Rebuild date likely as GW plates commenced December 1931 until 1932. Apparently Ex Brighton, Hove and District, rebuild of a Tilling vehicle.* The other buses with registrations close to this seem to have been open toppers so maybe this is the reason for the rebuild. *Explains London plate on a B H & D bus. -- Last edit: 2020-08-19 16:47:07 |

Thank you for tracing this one - I'd struggled with it! Thomas Tilling operated services in Brighton from 1915 to 1935, then formed Brighton Hove and District as a Tilling subsidiary. |
