Something doesn't add up. In the first thumbnail, I mean this one: ![]() It shows the lack of double bladed bumpers at the front (220 S/SE would have double bladed bumpers at the front). Another thing is the reverse clusters. Normally on 220 S/SE [W111] they would be located right below the trunk badge. Here, the reverse clusters are located to the left of the badge (like they would on W110 ). Are we sure it's not a W110 of some sort? |

Those facts together with foglights anticipated + 4 digit badge led to only the one conclusion no 200 nor 230 but 1966 200 D [W110] which makes sense as it could be a Taxi. edit: Taxi in Malta should be white even back in the 60ies. https://silkegondolf.de/1993-malta#jp-carousel-4653 -- Last edit: 2020-09-10 12:28:33 |
