 Don't think this is a Chevy 1939
Where are the typical 1939 back ligts
The licence plate location don't match

 This is not a Chevrolet 1939 . Taillights on 1939 Chevrolets were placed much higher at the trunk sides and the license plate frame was located on the bumper not on the trunk.I'd rather go for a 1940 or 1941 Studebaker Champion DeLuxe coupe.
