Total figures found online vary from 200, 300 and 800; for RHD the figure may have reached as high as 200 as a London-based Greek-Cypriot called Frixos Demetriou seems to have gained exclusive rights for RHD Vignale sales in mid-68 (including Eveline and Samantha coupes), with production arriving early 69. Lots of interesting articles here. Some tragic postscripts - Vignale himself died in a car crash in Nov 69, the same day apparently as selling off the coachworks to De Tomaso, and then Demetriou returned to Cyprus, where he was out driving a Vignale when "a runaway army tank squashed both the car and Mr Demetriou flat."

Since 2020 we are building a worldwide register in order to find out how many remain. 725x Gamine in 34 countries so far! The RHD remain the rares with just over 100 at this moment.
