If anyone cares, this scene was shot on LaSalle Street between Quincy and Adams. Ness and co. exit the Rookery Building and enter the City National Bank and Trust at 208 S. LaSalle by the revolving doors...there is a second entry (double doors) half a block south for disabled people. The building in the background is the Chicago Board of Trade at LaSalle and Jackson. The lobby is currently being renovated and I dont know if interiors were shot there...in the film, the Rookery stood in for police headquarters and the Bank and Trust posed as a post office where illegal liquor was held in the storeroom. |

I watched this on the box last night. Isn’t the bus one of the BMMO D7S, mauled about a bit? |
