We've identified this vehicle using the details you provided

Registration number: LAJ 250F

Date of first registration: August 1967
✓ Taxed Tax due: 1 March 2021

LAJ 250F apparently also in ep 13.01 ("Speed") where it races a Triumph TR4 (857 ELX) until they get arrested.
