In the main pic, it has very glittering hub-caps... are they those of a standard Dauphine ? ... by the way it seems to be a 1958+ model

 Nice indeed, those hubcaps. They must be aftermarket accessories, UK Dauphines had standard the same hubcaps as French ones. Only differences (exept RHD): rectangular indicators (à la Gordini) on the front, and on the rear vertically placed double round lights on a special plate.
