It's a thing with Greek hearses by this coachbuilder - according to my current state of research the coachwork was carried out by Nekrofores Giannakidis. We have one of these in poor state in Germany for many years (+ many more to come, I'm afraid - years, I mean!), 1946 - 1948 Chrysler in that case. But these hearse bodies were often made long after the chassis was built, sometimes using US sheet metal of various decades.
