You're right. A pickup has a plate that starts with a numeral, then a letter, then five more numerals. This plate's number/letter sequence seems to be from a semi/tractor trailer. |

It look like a prop passenger car issue of 8HWO440. It's invalid since the third letter is O, and 8-series plates haven't been issued yet. If it's an annual trailer plate of 8HW0440, it's also fake. I don't think they've been issued that high. |
