 Three-quarter louvers make this a C4, specifically a 1930 C4 III by the convex four lug wheels and new dashboard. Three window sedan, so either a Conduite Interieure or a Familiale. Bumper has been added afterwards or the rear one has been removed - the four-cylinder never had the dual-blade bumpers.
