dsl ◊ 2020-11-18 23:36	There was both red-on-white and white-on-red - when I was a peedie bairn I used to buy those Corgi Accessory packs of stick-on numberplates eg this modern scan of one of the sheets. See also Mr Newall p49, although I'm still unsure what the differences mean. And I don't have an answer about straps/bungees or the triangles on top.
