"In 1985 Changzheng and Tatra entered into an technology transfer agreement to produce the T815 series of trucks in Xingtai. -- Production of the trucks started in 1985 with around 187 vehicles being produced. Between 1985 and 1987 a total of 1000 T815’s were produced from semi knock-down kits in Xingtai."
