It has the 1968+ hubcaps, and unless the wheels have been changed (not too difficult...) that's the lowest possible year. The radiator became much wider at the end of 1969, so I suppose 1969 becanes the last possible year. Hence 1968-69 Mercedes-Benz 280 SE/C [W111].
