futhark ◊ 2011-03-30 06:08	Due to the stroboscopic effect of filming in individual frames, the spoke wheels of this ambulance appear to not move as the vehicle moves forward. It's sort of like watching wagon wheels in old western "turn backwards" as the wagon moves forward.

Winston chassis as well as the body style make me believe this one was built by Crane & Breed.
