The shape of the side seems like a Opel Blitz for me. |

Reminds me of a Mercedes Benz 319 |

I'd agree on MB 319. Being a 'bus' should it be O 319? Or still L 319...? |

It has the interior and a back lifter for the transport of handicapped persons. A question, if it's based on the bus- or the transporter-version. I'm still grumbling, if it's a 319. The back bumper-edge are typical, but the position of the front door handle makes me think about an Opel. ![]() |

I am certain it is a fourth generation Opel Blitz bus (1965-75). Shape of the roof, shape of the side, side guard, door proportions, bumpers, mirror holder and position of the side exhaust all speak for the Opel. The O 319 is a lot more roundish. |

Agree on Opel Blitz, buy modelyear 1966+ A friend of mine had 2 1965 Blitz, they were of the previous model. This type of vehicle is called Färdtjänstbuss in swedish, a handicap transporter. |
