 As far as I understand, this is a 1983+ Volvo GL. Assembeled in Hallifax, Canada, and made for the U.S. and Canadian market?

My only concern is if it has the 1983+ plastic bumper cover, or if it has the 1982 solid aluminium with some rubber at front.
If the latter it is a 1980 - 1982 Volvo GLE, but I don't believe it has.
