Miller-Meteor is correct and I know that car, as it stayed in Germany for a while. Here it is. This is a Miller-Meteor Classic Limousine Duplex Combination Car on 69890Z Cadillac commercial chassis with removable landau panels, currently in hearse-mode, but it can also be used as an ambulance. There are no production figures available, but it cost more than $ 12.308,- back in 1969.
