Isn't it possible that this is the Panhard K63C or K63D of 1936? Link to "www.amtuir.org" Link to "www.amtuir.org" If it is the Renault it could be the TN4HP of 1936: Link to "www.amtuir.org" Those two are the only ones I found with a round edged roof. |

In theory you're right Alexander, but the film takes place in the mid 60's in Paris I think, when Panhard K63 were written off from RATP bus fleet since the 50's I guess ...to be honnest I don't know exactly when they stopped it..but I've never seen any K63 since my childhood. Inded, to have live in Paris for 17 years, I can say that late "parisian platform buses" were all Renault,the latest line operating was the N°21 (Porte d'Italie-Gare St-Lazare)with TN6C , till 1974! (It was passing down in my street) All TN4H were suppressed in the very early 70's... So that's why I thought about a Renault. PS:...I read a "sad" new on sundays news-paper last week-end...There are not anymore "ROUTEMASTER" in London City streets nowadays... :sad: PS SPECIAL pour BEBERT... Le film est censé se dérouler début 1963. J'ai vu aussi un reportage sur la fin des "Routemaster", quelle tristesse. Mais je crois qu'ils vont en garder un ou deux sur une ligne du centre de Londres. Le bruit court d'ailleurs que Sixcyl deviendrait un des conducteurs...quand le rouge de sa peau sera assorti à la couleur du bus. |

...je rêve parfois d' en acheter un (routemaster),...en 5ème voiture...juste pour la collection..Mais recentrons le débat ...1963?, je crois bien qu'il n'y avait plus de Panhard sur le réseau parisien depuis déjà quelques temps , mais à confirmer qd même... en tout cas j' ai eu le même coup de blues il y a 31 ans lorsque le dernier TN6 a quitté la piste sur la ligne du 21...le suivant était un banal SC10...(chuis sentimental moi) |
