this one dosent look right to me..it has very basic detail..could be a made for movie non running prop, like the morris commercials in the beach scenes.if you look at the vehicles wheels in relation to the sand its sitting on..there dosent seem to be much weight in the vehicle!!. -- Last edit: 2008-01-17 12:22:36 |

It was genuine ,there were two Bedford MW's on set ,they looked like partial restorations and were made up as damaged vehicles ,one had flat rear body which was set on 'fire'. |

Regarding the comments above, the Bedford MW in this shot is a genuine 1939 bedford, originally in desert sand markings (as you can see from the beige roof canvas)then painted green for this film, its owned by a D.Forster of the North East Military Vehicle Club. |
