Santana is the Spanish maker of Suzuki Vitaras and Grand Vitaras. And I remember that it was a own car maker. So could someone register this vehicle as a Spanish one, por favor? -- Last edit: 2008-01-18 07:30:46 |

He dismantels the car, i dont know if in real life he did this or not, in the movie he cuts it into pieces and throws them to an enbankement. |

How idiotical to throw the parts besides the street, where anyone else could find them. I you want to get rid of it, you should put the parts, each for each, in the garbage-box, at best in different garbage-boxes at different places. In the past I've disposed some car on that way. |

After reading a bit, in reality he did this, and i dont find it stupid, how are you gonna put the big pieces of a car inside garbage containers , and besides, apparently it was not a bad idea as the police didnt find the SUV until he said what he had done with it. |

@CCF: this biggest part of a car is the engine-block. Everything else you can mount, cut or smash in small pieces. I've even put old car parts (over some weeks) in the litter-can of the bus-stop close to my father's garage. |

That car (the real one, obviously) is part of Spain's story. I remember when my cousin's and my uncle's respective Santanas were inspected by the police trying to find El Solitario's Santana. |
