This guy seems right they came as 1996 models in late 1995. Here is a Brazilian car sale website: https://carros.mercadolivre.com.br/chevrolet/blazer/1996/_NoIndex_True I have been playing around on there trying to determine the face-lifts. Everyone use the site and see if we can pinpoint face-lifts. Terra you may have fun with this one as there are a lot to ID  |

This should be fun. There's a lot of Brazilian models to go through. I'll add it on my list of things to identify.
