Pity that the plate isn't readable, could even be the same one repainted, since it looks, if not an one-off, a very rare and obscure transformation, built for taxi use or such, indeed based on the "Camionetta" (military version of the Industriale/Giardiniera) mainly made for Carabinieri/Polizia.
