These are recently built miniatures. Difficult to name - what criteria do you use to name them? |

Difficult to answer. They're usually quarter-size scale models (or thereabouts), constructed by hobbyists and brought out at steam fairs and the like - often to give kids rides on specially made trailers. Many of them are taxed and insured for use on public roads. |
