I think this is a Gogomobile if it is, then its built in Mungia, Bizcaia/Vizcaya, Basque Country, Spain. |

Yes, this is a Goggomobil (1955 - 1963) and I suppose it was rather built by it´s original manufacturer Hans Glas GMBH of Dingolfing/ Germany. -- Last edit: 2008-01-24 15:06:50 |

Nope at least the spanish ones that started the production with four years of delay were built in the factory of the company of MUNISA, in the city of Mungia in the Basque Country. http://goggomobil.googlepages.com/ Scroll down -- Last edit: 2008-01-24 15:12:45 |

So Goggomobil is correct spelling for the Make. Apparently this is the first of it's make for IMCDb. Would model be 400S like http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:GoggoMobil400S.jpg ? |

Goggomobil was just a name of a model, resp.model-family. The company was the Hans Glas GmbH. As Animatronixx said. So it should be listed there: /vehicles.php?make=glas&model= Corrcty said, it's a Goggomobil Limousine P.S."Limousine" is a French word, but in German you use it for "sedan" - so shall the Goggo listed as a sedan? |

Now i think the car deserves 3 stars, have more action in movie than the Fords but less than the Trimacar for example. -- Last edit: 2008-06-20 18:03:18 |

I guess that in a Spanish movie you might expect a Goggo to be Spanish built. Some 7500 have been built in Bilbao by Munisa between 1961 and 1965. I don't know why this car is listed as a 1962. I would list it as 1961+ Munisa Goggomobil T-300 (only in 1965 there were version like T-350, T-400 and the longer T-400 S and several vans available, but there was a total output of only 450 cars in that year...). |
