My guess would be 1961. It´s a Flxible Flxette Ambulance (as far as I can detect. If LWB, it´s a Flxible Premier). |

Would it be safe to say this is a LeSabre? |

Yep, definitely a '61, not sure of model. |

So if I have access to the nearly complete Flxible recordings - why not use them? ![]() Ddey65 is right: Buick supplied 135 stripped LeSabre-chassis for Flxible´s professional car production in 1961. 51 of them were stretched (for the Premier series), 84 were left in standard wheelbase to build Flxettes. Due to the distance between the streamlined emergency lights on the roof I´m almost sure this is a standard wheelbase Flxette Ambulance. -- Last edit: 2008-01-24 23:15:46 |

They were built on the Electra chassis. |

To be 100% correct: "LeSabre 2 door sedan stripped chassis supplied by Buick with Electra front end sheet metal and mechanicals". |

This is a pretty old post but I have a question. I am in need of the old lights and siren that came on these vehicles. Anyone know of a source? |
