Here is a US used car site; especially helpful for Honda VINs: http://gtcarlot.com/colors/ Not all listings have the VIN plate (it will be an uploaded image not in text) and you will have to manually enter them into Carfax.com or Autocheck.com and it will give an exact year (if you don't know how to read VINs longhand).
