It's a 1961 Buick. I make out 3 portholes on the side, so LeSabre or Invicta. |

I agree with Big Dave, Pilou: it's a 1961. The 1963's twin headlights have more space between them, and one can make out the side trim of the 1961 to the right. |

I agree, 1961, not sure of the model though |

Can you see the lower trim line which isn't on the Le Sabre? Or do you see the rectangular [INVICTA> ] badge? Could be the [ Le ] Sabre badge just as well. Le Sabre Invicta -- Last edit: 2008-02-17 10:52:44 |

The fender badge looks more like the Le Sabre's and there is no electric clock mounted to the center of the dash, which is standard on Invicta. The rear pillar is too thick to be a 2 door hardtop, so it is a 4439 Le Sabre 4 door hardtop. Webshots page with a pic showing the interior of the rear passenger cabin of a 2d ht: This one shows that same area of the rear door interior and roofline of a 4d ht. more great pics at Site -- Last edit: 2008-02-21 22:58:35 |
