This interior is also from a 2001-2007 Town & Country:

...but a 2005-2007 Touring model. As far as I can tell, all 2001-2004 T&C had wood trim on the center stack, and only 2005-2007 Touring models had the silver finish in this example.

 Aha! Standard 2004 Touring models had wood, and standard 2005-2007 Touring models had the silver trim, but the 2004 Touring Platinum Series had this silver trim on the center stack:
