 Tempted to say Inspire, but amber turn signals make me suspect this is actually a US-spec Accord.

 I'd say this is more likely a 2008-2012 Inspire [CP3], due to the Japanese setting and the fact that it's got an exposed antenna, which US-spec Accords of this generation didn't have.
