Gongora ◊ 2021-07-03 17:05	Nice unit. I will never understand the change of headlights that Morris made by raising them up and removing them from the fins ... For me it was an involution ... Or was there a regulation on the height of headlights in between?
dsl ◊ 2021-07-03 17:41	Raising the lights was an export requirement - I think it was US market regulations which triggered it, and there was a period of a few months when UK and non-US exports continued as lowlight until Oct 50 when 4-door arrived as raised light only for everywhere (so you should never see a lowlight 4 door) and then all 2-doors became raised light from Jan 51.
