came across 1938 Buick, but somehow the slopped end of trim doesn't fit? https://car-from-uk.com/ebay/carphotos/full/ebay175346.jpg https://www.ronsusser.com/listings/images/16778/140915.jpg Link to "www.mecum.com" 1939 MY upper door hinge vanished |

I missed one vital clue. It´s these tail light housings (with horizontal chromed trim on them) seen for a split second : I think it looks close to 1937 Cadillac ( Series 60? ) or 1937 LaSalle, but I´m not sure if this trim on the housing was available on both makes or not. I´m not seeing it on LaSalle when googling, so perhaps it´s a Cadillac ?? -- Last edit: 2021-07-17 17:56:48 |

My first thought was GM anyway! Think body shell of both would be the same either. Another hint is the corrugated door of Buick not to be found here. |

Does the small reflector strip on rear light housing say 'Cadillac' ?! |
